If you cannot logon to eRecruiter follow these steps.
- Verify if your login is correct. The login is an e-mail address used to create your account.
- Try to set up a new password by clicking on Forgot your password? button on the login page.
- Ask your company Administrator if you hold a relevant role in the system. The role of Business User cannot logon to the system
